1996 Origination
Industrial Concrete Inc. (ICI) was founded in 1996 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. What began as a small team focused on local commercial projects has grown into a full-service concrete contractor with approximately 70 experienced full-time employees serving North Carolina, Virginia, and the mid-Atlantic region.
